Refunds, Returns, Amendments or Cancellation of Items
All sales are final. We do not accept any exchanges of orders once your order has been processed eg. item has been prepared or the delivery has been arranged.
- Once the item leaves our doorstep, the responsibility its up to the customers.
- Where we find that the defect, damage, deformity, negligence, or mistake arose through the fault of Dotty's, a full refund either by cash or store credit, partial refund either by cash or store credit, or a replacement item will be given, whichever, we, in our sole discretion see fit.
- In the event we find that the defect, damage, deformity, negligence, or mistake arose not through the fault of Dotty's and its delivery partners, no refunds or replacement Items will be given.
